I do wish posters wouldn't beat around the bush, be over civil and dress up their comments. Just tell people exactly what you think. We get the idea!

Absolutely. I didn't say they couldn't I said they have to be careful how they went about that. This would otherwise be a massive loophole in the admin process. All creditors vote for say 2p in £1, then select few get fully reimbursed by incoming buyers after date, regardless of new co veil if blatant and material it could compromise the integrity of any creditors agreement for old co.

Again it is not so. The agreements were between the Administrator, creditors and the old CPFC and nothing to do with Parish & Co who bought the assets (not the company) from the Administrators and therefore have no arrangement with Jordan's creditors at all

Leave the guy alone, whatever the rights and wrongs he did an amazing job to keep us up,and in the long term earned us hundreds of millions of pounds.

That is very true, but what do you think his attitude is towards Crystal Palace, it's fans, and CPFC2010?

I suspect the resentment is mutual and both parties did ok from this filthy shag, but now it's day light it turns out we pulled a minger who tried to steal our credit card.

I have no idea but when we last met up he did seem to show a great deal of warmth towards the players

In your opinion. No arrangement, not their creditors, again I never said they were.

It isn't an opinion. It is fact

A High Court judge made an order that Pullis must pay CPFC £3.7m and as I understand, as of today it has not been repaid nor I would assume is there an agreement in place to discharge it.

In order to make an appeal (please correct me if I am wrong) he would have to present fresh evidence to the Court that by definition hasn't been heard previously and in particular not part of the Judge's decision in the award. In this case then why Mr P didn't you raise it in your evidence initially submitted to Court?

Given that all of this is correct then he leaves himself open to enforcement action i.e. Bailiffs, property charge etc.

I think in the circumstances CPFC have been pretty patient or are they leaving it to after the match for obvious reasons?

I wonder if it's ever occurred to CPFC2010 to pay off all those local traders, who lost out big time when we went into administration (for the second time), and enabled them to buy a football club on the cheap that has paid them back many times over. 2p in the £; I don't think we have a lot to be smug about really.

Problem would be that if you did, then you'd effectively open yourself up to having to pay it all back, with interest at 8% per year.

The 2p in the pound was to unsecured creditors on debts they'd allowed to accumulate, despite not being paid for the previous month. Its not really that sound to 'extend credit' to people who can't pay the original bill.

Also, how much more 'is enough', they did honour all outstanding season tickets, and take over a club that was costing them around 5-6m a season personally, that had little in the way of prospects of promotion. They also bought the ground, and paid off the administrator debts.

Promotion to the premiership pretty much changed their situation, but that did come out of the blue kind of. The season before we finished 17th, and were written off as relegation fodder...

I'd imagine as well, many of those creditors, still do business with Crystal Palace Football club now (those that didn't go bankrupt themselves).

That said, if I was CPFC 2010 and I hadn't been paid as of 31 days from the court order, I'd have sought High Court enforcement proceedings.
