She probably gives great head so can understand the judge not wanting her locked up.

Errrrr surely the fact she's a junkie wouldn't go down to well with the Royal College of Surgeons. I wouldn't want some coke whore opening me up thanks very much.

Surely the simple fact that she's a violent smack-head with a criminal record would harm her career prospects so what difference wouldavoiding a jail term make?!? Lock her up.

Defence barrister James Sturman QC had argued it would be "almost impossible" for Woodward to become a surgeon once she had disclosed her conviction to employers. But whether she is locked up or not doesn't affect whether she has a conviction surely? She has been found guilty (or plead guilty) so her career is surely already at the "almost impossible" stage. So whether she goes to prison or not should be irrelevant to that.

The judge believes this was a 'one off attack' A lot of murders are aren't they?? Maybe we should just let them all go free to..
Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!! |
