We need to realise that we do not have the revenue of the big clubs in the division and yet we can still attract some very big names to the club. We also have a fan as a chairman who has sworn never to let the club go back into the mess it has been in before. So as far as I can see we should be very happy with how we are doing and be patient as I'm sure Steve & Co will get it right.

the big miss , from big Sam departure is his sport science fitness programme. Let's hope at the very least there a manager in place for pre season. That starts in 2 to 3 weeks. If not big Sam set a fitness programme in place to follow before a manager found.

Main thing is, surely, is to get a manager anda coaching team in place for preseason in early July?

This is pretty spot on. To get some perspective think of where we were a few years ago and look at us now. Respect has to go both ways and were a club not a fan group. There is a difference.
