Letting in 4's and 5's isn't exactly doing well and at any time could see a goalie being dropped.

I totally agree but Sam didn't seem bothered about Hennessey's performances, and not changing a winning formula etc. For the record I think Hennessey is a 2nd choice keeper at best.
