Get gold membership as it will pay for itself if you plan to attend even a handful of games. I got it last season and was pretty pleased with the pack that came with it, and managed to get tickets for all the games I wanted. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that it was only sent out a week or two into the season, despite my paying for it the day it came out - which ruled out getting tickets for the opening fixtures. That's happened the last two seasons, so I hope they plan to send them out during pre-season this year.

I know this thread seems to be going round in circles, but I've looked at the calendar and picked out a list of games that fall on decent weekends for me. I haven't included the smaller games like Swansea at home etc because I'm assuming you can just get them easy with silver membership. But in terms of the games listed below, how likely am I to get tickets for them with silver? Or would I NEED gold membership just to get that 24hr priority?

4th Nov - Spurs (A )
Tues 28th Nov (Day after my bday yay) - Brighton (A )
Mon 1st Jan - Southampton (A )
20th Jan - Arsenal (A )
3rd March - United (H)
31st March - Liverpool (H)
7th April - Bournemouth (A )

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help out here

You are going to want the 24 hour priority if you wanna see united or Liverpool at home or Brighton away for sure.

Mate it wont mean squat that you have a gold or silver membership for most of the games you want to go to.

Tickets are done by loyalty points and I dont think you will have many

You picked spurs and arswipe away (No chance)
Pooton away (NOT A HOPE IN HELL)
Bournemuff away (very limited tickets)
Southampton away on new years day (YOU MIGHT GET LUCKY AND GET ONE TICKET)
Liverpool and United (You should get 1 ticket for each of these games and be sitting next to away fans that got tickets

Just being realistic mate

Thanks mate! In terms of loyalty points how easy is it to accumulate 200 which is what you get with gold? Also how helpful is it to have 200 loyalty points? And the finally is 24hr priority a big thing? Is it easy to get tickets without the 24hr priority?

Yeah, 200 points doesn't get you much, I've never seen a cut off under 500, or maybe even 1000.

You can also get points when you go to cup matches, spend money in the stadium bar or the club shop. Think £1 = 1 point. so it means a round it the equivalent of an away game in terms of loyalty point.

This is the post I was after to be honest, cheers pal! Long story short I live in Portsmouth, always have done, have a Portsmouth ST but adopted Palace as a team to follow since our absence from the premier league to make it a bit more interesting from a neutrals stand point. The fans are always lively, the club itself, everything. Always wanted to go to a game but between having a Portsmouth ST and work I've never been able to. I no longer work weekends meaning when Portsmouth aren't at home or aren't playing a fairly close team (there are a lot of northern teams in League one...) I can try get to Selhurst which would be amazing.

Annoying Palace are at home a lot when Portsmouth are which makes the potential games I could attend limited, which is why I'm debating whether gold or silver? I'll watch Palace play any team, I'm not just after the Uniteds and the Chelsea's.

Purchased a silver membership tonight. For financial and personal reasons I haven't been able to see palace play at selhurst since 2010. Palace v sheff Utd was the last match I was at. Ambrose with the only goal. My question is, will I be able to get tickets for cat b matches with a silver membership. Will be 2 at most. Don't care about the man utds or man cities or Chelsea's. Just want to watch palace in the prem for once in my life.
Ps. Where were all the fans when we were in div 2. Used to just book a flight and buy tickets at gate.😁
