I'm sure we've done due diligence but does anybody know the terms of our sponsor payments? How much do we get up front and how much is paid in installments? I just can't seem any evidence that they have a sustainable business model yet???

I'm just worried that all of their business seems to be a work in progress and coming soon... [Link] being a good case in point. Where is the funding coming from? If we get our money up front then I don't care. But if we have budgeted for X million to be paid in advance of the January window that doesn't materialise then we will certainly regret this deal.

Even I, who would on occasion question SP's timescales, don't for one second think he would sign a deal that was unlikely to deliver.

Even if they default on a payment we will just terminate the contract for non performance and get a new sponsor in. No biggie
|
