Didn't Boo - just laughed.

Laughed at a bunch of poorly co-ordinated over paid prima donnas who seemed not to give a s***.

Never mind, they all have a couple of weeks off before they have the chore of yet another Premier League game.

Bless their cotton socks.

This team is crap.Sorry i tried to think of more constructive things to say but nothing came to mind.Whether the players like the formation or not people earning 40000 plus a week should play to premiership standard or F---K off.

That's were your wrong and that's why we're all so pissed.

The team isn't crap, the players are being drilled into a system that won't work, being played completely of position resulting in the shambles we see on the pitch.

Ffs ward isn't a RWB , Milo christ knows where FBD plays him, Yohan a fantastic attacking midfielder on the bench while Punch plays point at where you should be standing.

The only positives are loan signings and Sammy and the fitness coach that Sam brought in are still at Selhurst.

Just because we're supporters doesn't mean we blind mugs who can't see a sack of s*** being served up by FDB et al.

So think booing doesn't have a point but not turning up at subsequent matches does?

If people want to boo and it makes them feel better then it's up to them.

However, many of us are displeased by what we have seen out on the pitch as well as in the delays and uncertainty preparing for this season.

I think the flat atmosphere yesterday said it all. Empty seats will add to that. My current choice is not to waste my time ... even though I've been there and sat it out on many a previous occasion.

I would never boo the team or manager, but each to his own i guess. Didn't Big Sam get booed from pillar to post after 6 games?

Once the players bought into his style of play we got the results we needed to get ourselves out of trouble.

I'll admit I bood after the first half. But it was more about the football played by both teams rather than just palace. It had to he the worst 45 mins of football I've wTched in a long long while.

To be fair, there weren't many people left at the final whistle to boo!

We pay our money, if you want to boo it's your own choice.

I dont mind losing if the team have given their all but we have lost two games conceding 5 and scoring zilch to two teams who are likely to be in the bottom 6. Its not good enough

This is a good point and a separate one from the booing topic. If I come away from a game thinking Palace have given everything, fought hard, given it a go, battled etc etc, then so be it if they've lost.

I can't believe people are justifying booing (heat of the moment, fairenough) - I actually feel slightly ashamed to be a Palace fan in light of that. It makes us no better than a s*** Arsenal-tribute.

Like I said, booing has gotten us no where. Amongst other factors, it wouldn't surprise me if one of them was being scared to play in front of our home crowd. Last season, booing the players didn't get us out of a rut, Big and Little Sam, and the support we generated kept us up.

By all means, though, boo like a child to your heart's content. Afterall, you paid your money, so you're entitled to throw your toys out of the pram.

The only time I felt like booing was when I was charged £3.50 for a bottle of zero per cent alcohol Heineken in the Holmesdale before the game.

Booze.

Could we please start booing the many HOL members who would rather start yet another thread on the same subject than contribute to one of the many existing ones

Booed, laughed, and clapped (encouraged), it was a mix. With a hefty dose of cursing and shouting 'internally'.

my partner, who doesn't know much about football, was with me and said 'these guys are not running to get the ball and they can't score a goal. the other guys are running more.'

she doesn't know much about football, but she knows a bit about running and slacking

maybe explains some of the booing, if not all. but I'm sure it was a better outing than some really crap home defeat against FC Sadness 20 years ago, so we should really look at the positives!!!

this is a bit like 'if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all'. there's a reason that line belongs to a talking cute bunny in a Disney film, mate.
