They should get a decent apartment and buy up loads of property to rent out so that they are set up for life. Did you ever advise any of them to do this Midland? So I manage a Workshop which provides a safe learning environment for blokes struggling with PTSD and other mental health issues. Being a Palace fan isn't listed yet. |

Brilliant!! Hopefully another u23 game and he may be fit to be on the bench! Probably needs to build up very slowly. Next target should be 60 minutes then try and get 70 then a full U23 match. After a couple of those his body should hopefully be ready for the intensity of a PL match. If he can’t make it this season that’s not a problem, just have to make sure he is 100% fit for the start of next season.
