Don't necessarily need to strip Punch of the captaincy - just replace him in the team with Cabaye, give the armband to Sakho in his absence.

There will be a new manager soon. He will have the chance to name a captain. He mustn't make the same mistake as Frank and Keep punch as captain. We need a new captain and it lets us drop Punch till he performs again. Honestly I want a new manager because I look at our team and if we played the right players in the right positions, it's a super exciting Palace team. There is so much talent here.
