You have to give the guy a chance. He has tried 3-4-3 and it hasn't worked so far. 4-3-3 or 4-5-1 on Sunday please. Hopefully a better performance and a point or 3 and then the pressure will lift a little.

You could argue he has backed him, because what Frank wants to do takes 3 Windows so Frank now has 7 CB's, a few players he's deluding himself can play wing back and a fvck up from parish or both of them for only 1 striker. The problems all stem from rushing and formation we can't play. If anyone thinks £40 mil can achieve that they're lying or thick. In fact it would've been £45 mil if we Niasse.
