But the way some people are behaving you'd think we're getting Mullary. I agree , he's got a solid record. Just hope he's stil got the enthusiasm and energy.

Whilst, at 70, I don't see Roy as a long term solution I think he will just fine for a season or two. No one can legislate for players missing sitters but I have confidence in him to get the players playing to their strengths (which, arguably, they did on Sunday). I just hope that if he does keep us up, he doesn't decide to retire at the end of the season.

The big question is why didn't we get him in the first place until now when we are in a panic situation ?

Roy wasn't first choice this time either.. Big Sam was asked first but he said it's too early for him he's enjoying watching everyone else having the stress..

Silva it sounds like may have been beyond our reach although I'm not convinced of that. Pellegrino was taken by Southampton and we ignored Dyche cos he's northern.

i guess at the least there wont be no ridiculous back three's, and he'll play to our strengths (hopefully). although we could see benteke taking corners

Got a feeling we are still in for convincing Big Sam to come back. Was Sakho a bargaining chip in a play for Big Sam? Come on Big Sam you know it makes sense - if the package is right surely he cant turn it down.
