As with most companies that go bankrupt or clubs that get relegated it appears that everyone at Palace has either forgotten their responsibilities or Don't know them .

So

The board . Invest in the club , minimum investment gets you minimum returns or losses . Losses lead to no confidence in the product downward spirals and staff depression

Chairman . Chair board meetings and keep out of the dressing room . Allow your manager to manage within given parameters which are set out on appointment .

Manager . Play a system that suits your players ,manage the team as above re chairman's responsibility's

Players . Stop feeling sorry for yourselves and enjoy your work . You are bloody footballers for gods sake not labouring on a building site even though some of you play as if you are . I'm sure results would improve if you just smiled a bit more (I miss Yanick)

Fans , Support the team be loud be proud ect
