No do not play him. Keep him recuperating until after the Chelsea game so he will be fully recovered and hopefully will not break down against the teams we may be able to get points from.

I expect Woy will be conducting (authorised) experiments in these games and there's no point in risking Wilf injury with experiments because we all know what he can do.

I'd be tempted to leave him out even against Chelsea if there was the slightest risk. Yes. He needs to be fully fit before they even think about playing him. No point risking him in games where we will be d*cked anyway.
