around 2002, I recall driving to work through Wandsworth at 5am on a Friday 13th, to see blue flashing lights ahead. My boat is being lifted from the River tomorrow and taken to dry storage for the Winter. On Friday 13th,. . . Part 2 ? Last year this happened v v v see photo below Edited by Forest Hillbilly (12 Oct 2017 4.00pm) Attachment: boat in road.JPG (3,576.50Kb)

Has to be done today as a crane is booked to lift about 20 boats out of the water at £40 a pop. Imagine the cost if you booked a crane just to lift your own boat ! more updates and photos later

Funny enough we have just had a report at work (EA) that an unmanned Boat has crashed into a Headwall in Arundel. As an aside a lot of the farm land that is drained (IDBs) and pumps are no longer controlled by the EA but have been passed to the Landowners.
