In case one, someone has used power to force someone into a position where they either have sex or accept the consequences of p*ssing off someone with power. That's blackmail. Also, you should read the allegations, not just assume that its a remake of indecent proposal. The behaviour of these men is a lot more insipid than just saying, well if you suck my cock I'll put you in Pulp Fiction... The second, they've made a choice, it may be influenced by their celebrity, but in no way has Wayne Rooney forced their decision, against their will.

One of the English teachers was in the staff room once making it very clear to several of us guys that she was available after she had newly split up. She didn't stay long. I entered teaching in my mid thirties....don't think I'm that much of a catch. Trump, is a serial sex offender, by his own mouth, and his wife looks like a hostage who's gone a bit 'Tania'. And Heffner basically hired women as hookers, by contract, and by all accounts a world class lover (and stunningly good looking in his day).

The only points I've made are about someone offering someone something in return for sex, that's prostitution.
