I know the results are not going our way but the performances are good so I would like to know should we stick with Roy no matter what happens ?

1. Who the hell else would we get?
2. Another hard reset and start again would be stupid
3. We would be a total laughing stock
4. Given 3, how do we recruit in January?

We should undoubtedly stick with him through thick and thin.
Results have got to turn in our favour, starting with Stoke next Saturday and an away win Tuesday week at you know where!!

I think we should even if the worst happens, he has us playing good football even though it probably only be for 2 or 3 seasons but interested on the views of others.

Ridiculous thread. Yes results are frustrating but performances are so much better.

A resounding yes from me. We are playing really good football, especially going forward. The area in which we are weak can only be resolved by new players, not a new manager.

New players and the person deciding on football matters. Never doubted Roy, Sam, Pardew (to begin with) or Pulis. It's the sh1t that happens when som weak manager doesn't tell Parish what's what and he tries to do the stupid we're in trouble.

To answer the post-question in a simple way: YES!!!!!!
We're playing like a real team now, but not sure about Tekkers as main striker. Come January, Would like a hard-working, quick, nippy one like AJ the way WZ & Andros operate.
Dougie, do your homework!!!!

I do think Roy would prefer two stick with two up front imagine that quick type of striker playing off Tekkers.

flip the question around. should roy stick with us ? nailed to the bottom of the table is not fun. He does have us playing better, but i wouldnt be surprised if another club made him an offer.
