A bit of paint is hardly causing thousands of pounds of damage or permanently ruining English heritage or the economy or jobs in the town. (Some Hove council tax payers about to rant)

Popular busy part of Brighton, CCTV everywhere & Palace fan carries ladder through town to graffiti over the top of the mural, Palace fan then disappears with ladder into the night. I call bulls***. Edited by Ouzo Dan (28 Nov 2017 5.40pm)
