I had a cough where I was constantly coughing and getting to the point of reaching for months and then went to the doctors where they told me I had asthma...

Be careful
More than three weeks then see the doc as could be sinister.
If your coughing up kermits (not him just green Flem) then it's probably on the way out.
If a dry cough then definitely see the quack
if you can get an appointment!!!
