He always does well against loserpool.Be good if he got some gametime tomorrow.

Except missing a really good chance under De Boer from an RLC cut back.

I expect we will see Benteke get at least a half tomorrow, perhaps wannabe maverick Roy will even start him! Come on, thats too crazy surely?

If we play like we did against Man City, we can get something from this and who better to get the winner than our Belgian hot shot.

Have honestly very little faith in Benteke turning things around (start scoring goals again). If we are to pinpoint our survival on him think we're in for a tough ride the coming weeks.
Let's hope poker players Dougie F/Roy H has some aces up their sleeves - as it stands we are highly vulnerable to injuries and loss of form!

If Doug Freedman was a poker player, he would be the one in casino who had his hand hammered after being caught cheating.

Laying the Rakip, Jach and Sorloth cards down isnít so much a full house as a s*** house.

Once again all eggs in one basket and the Solanke deal falls apart, and seemingly we are back to the drawing board.

Amateur hour once again. How long can our approach to transfers and squad management be so schoolboy?

What a damn shame CBís overhead/over shoulder kick didnít go in yesterday against Fulham. What a cracking strike and what a great goal it would have been.

That overhead kick on Saturday was the old Benteke that Liverpool paid £30M + for Ö.in fact the same as we did come to think of it. He is still exceptionally quick as a little sprint in the 2nd half showed and he won a fair bit in the air but he just needs someone or something or just anything to unlock him before his contract ends. Basically, will the real Christian Benteke please stand up..pronto!!

I think he is actually fit without any niggles for the first time in a long time. He now has the Batman alongside and Ayew who has finally discovered how to play in the Hodgson format Bodes well

Agree thought he looked lean and seemed to have found an extra yard of pace.

I think itís hit home to him having lost his international place that he has one more shot at getting his career back on track. A fit and healthy Tekkers will occupy the minds of even the best centre halfs in the division and will open up the pitch to Bats Wilf and Andros. If he is on form we will look better all round as a team. His defensive contribution at corners is also worth mentioning.

And I think he has a Belgian bromance going with Michy.
