Well,, it's all over for another year. Was it a good one, or were there rows, fights, presents that you hated, ruined meals or anything else that turned your Noel into a nightmare? With no football to entertain us today, let's hear your horror story.......

n.b. He-who-must-be-fed and I had a lovely, peaceful day and loved our presents

Divorce lawyers claim that there are more new enquiries in January following Christmas than in any other month

Can't stand all this Christmas pilaver.
As my wife says I am "Bah Humbug" and then some, moaning about everything relating to Christmas.
Even seeing a Christmas Tree and decorations in a pub raises my hackles.
No tree in our house, no decorations and no cards on display.
Can't stand turkey.
My wife and I don't buy each other any presents at all.
Stayed in doors all day whilst my wife went to relatives - she always leaves me alone on Christmas Day.

I'll come to yours next year Willo, that sounds ideal to me.

This Christmas Day was the best I have had in a few years.

Church, pub, lovely lunch, presents, Queens Speech, Carry on up the Khyber, watched Premier League highlights with step sons and then had an early night with the wife.

No complaints.

Don't use the gas oven to cook - better to stick your head in it.

Any Jewish people on here might take offence at this.

Spent Christmas Day on my tod, as I do every year, had spinach and ricotta canneloni for lunch with some pigs in blankets, a few G&Ts and a Breaking Bad binge.

Got the missus over at some point this afternoon for some food and a few glasses of wine.

No stress, no drama, no ballache.

For a variety of reasons, had my best Christmas for a few years. My wife loves Christmas and is gifted and talented at cooking & baking, so comes into her own making cakes for us and others. A friend however had a sewage blockage that flooded their garden meaning they did'nt risk cooking the meal and someone was ill too. It all made me appreciate mine even more.
