The man is one of our own and clearly loves the club. As such, I hope he moves into a role within the club in due corse, but he probably wants to play a while longer and should therefore go and play in the championship for another few years. I for one wish him all the very best, and thank him for saving our game yesterday, which he almost certainly did.

Not sure he’s cut out for a coaching role. I imagine his attitude would stand in the way of such a career.

i still love puncheon, but i love this club more. Put messi or ronaldo into his shirt and i would have no complaints.

Eze Peasy at Anfield....

Why? Because he lived nearby? We are his 12th club I believe!

Also had his back to the game when the penalty was taken. He's a disgrace to himself and the club - why on earth is he still captain?

How dare you get stuck into a current Palace player and club captain. Disgusting behaviour!

Time for Delaney to move on.

Time for Palace fans to shut their gobs as they are always wrong.

You honestly think any of them are premier league players? Murray might still be a decent squad player for a bottom half prem team but the rest of them should all be in the Championship.Even Speroni as much as we all love him is never a prem keeper.

He’s been poor for a long time sadly. So negative in position, always plays backwards or sideways and takes too many touches. I think the tackle showed how off the pace he is at the moment.

With a fully fit squad he is so far down the pecking order with Jordan Mutch. Thanks for the good years and in particular the FA Cup final goal but no point keeping him on the books anymore, his best days are well behind him.

Sorry if he is out for the season but it was a wild challenge.
He is however yeaterday's man in my opinion.
He has been brilliant for us but no more me thinks.

Thought he did well NYE considering he hadn't played for a while, and has a lot going on in his life. Did what was necessary, and added a bit of pace to the midfield at a time when we where holding on.

That foul, if he doesn't make it, is a very dangerous break. Right decision, and don't for a moment think that any other team wouldn't do the same.
