I don't think that those who are constantly moaning have any idea about how difficult bidding in the transfer window is. I prefer to be optimistic that the three new players will add to the squad's solidarity and stability and that Roy will get the best out of them.

The good news is that if we stay up I’d be pretty confident of securing Amadou and Guita in the summer.

Since they have been promoted the signings they have been made have been largely ineffective which is why Eddie Howe always seems to revert to the players that got them promoted. Look at their team last night as an example. Quite a few of their signings have come in and gone back out again.

Wow, I can imagine the reaction on here if we were sitting in the relegation zone, had sold someone for £75 Million and only bought one £19M player, and then failed to land our £30M target, or ANY players signed on deadline day. I'm pretty happy to have Steve Parish and not Ralph Krueger. So much for their vaunted player identification system.
