That's an old saying
Meaning your first thought with head or heart would most times be the right one.
Example being when you go shopping with the enemy for shoes or her clothes you end up after being dragged around for hours you go back to the first shop where she said
" oh I like them"

Out of curiosity, when chaps are young, or indeed middle aged, many make decisions on what their dicks tell them to do. Is there a female equivalent?
