Given the article quotes a fee straight from Transkermarkt.com which is very mathematical in it's valuations and given our current situation regarding injuries at centre back I think there is nothing to this story....I'm claiming fake news. (Now watch me eat my words over the next few days)

This would be madness. Before his recent injury he put in a number of MOTM performances. We can't afford to offload our better players for unknown quantities.

What a load of bollocks!! Centre back is an area where we are weakened by injuries at the moment, so we are hardly going to let our best centre back (apart from Sakho) leave. The new Polish signing needs time to bed into his new surroundings. No this is totally made up stuff. God i hate the January window!!!
