I don't pretend to know anything about this guy, but 15 goals in 26 appearances this season says he's at least been finding the net of late.

Look, the locals obviously rate him highly and that is good enough for me. I'm afraid there are too many on this forum who only think a good signing is someone who has banged goals in all season for a premier league side. Well I hate to disappoint you but we are not in the same league as the top six when it comes to signing players and we are not going to splash our entire budget on one striker, so please, take a reality check and trust that Dougie has been working hard to identify players who he thinks will work well with us. I am quite upbeat about this one because a striker of his size and supposed ability could wreak havoc in the PL.

So why do FC Midtjylland want such a high price? Well selling Sørloth might lose FC Midtjylland the championship (they are currently leading the league) Sørloth have been instrumental in this proces.

He is agile, strong, versatile, fast and have not only good ball control, but also knows how to hammer in goals.
You should think that for someone his height he would not be very balanced, but the fact he was one of the best ice-scaters when young puts that statement to shame.

He is by far the best striker I have seen in FC Midtjylland and by far the best in the league (much better than Marcondes who went to Brentford.

Sørloth is young and might become even better than he already is. I personally would rather want him to stay in FC Midtjylland and win the league + very plausible qualification for group stage in CL.

Selling a player like Sørloth might end up losing not only the championship, but also European group play. It might be more costly than actually selling him for 15 million £

On the brigt side, if he has to go then I rather it is Crystal Palace. I think you have a great club and even if I despise alot of English teams, Crystal Palace is one of those I like alot.

If you sign him be ready for a good change.

His goals during first half of the season.

What the highlight video does not show is how fast he is and how much he actually assist, he is a beast and seldom lose the ball.

Good luck to you lads.

Thanks for the intel Lone Wolf. Sorloth looks a much better acquisition than Hugill. I can’t believe we would even consider signing the Preston player, he’s hardly prolific..
Let’s hope Sorloth has a bright future with us.
Good luck on CL qualification.

Sørloth is a step in wrong direction, simply not good enough for PL. Would rather have us to pay up for the Lille captain in midfield.

Have you seen either of them play live........thought not.

He is def worth a punt in these inflated times, and we need at least one striker today!

Quite like the look of this guy - he looks strong and fairly skilful.

He is young and not ridiculously expensive when you look at the inflated costs being asked for strikers.

Really hope we get this one over the line.

Some people think football is a matter of life and death. I don't like that attitude. I can assure them it is much more serious than that.

I also like the look of this guy from the youtube vids posted by Lone Wolf. In these inflated times I suppose the fee isn't excessive by prem standards. If he is a success then he will be worth a multiple of the cost in due course, and if not he is young enough for someone else to take a punt on him.

I'm gonna hold you to that statement. Marcondes is really, really good. Has that Brazilian touch too

SSN reporting that we're on the verge of signing him for 9 million but Midget Land want to sign a replacement before it's confirmed.

We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the drugs began to take hold...

That is almost a done deal. We are signing Seifedin Chabbi in the next few hours.

Midtjylland actually means Middle Jutland.
