I think we'll be alright once we get some players back from injury.

18: One of a few teams but not us.
19: Stoke (tough fixtures)
20: West Brom (Cya Pardew)

Possibly, but also based on the games everyone has left to play. We were always likely to slide into the relegation zone this week or next.

Even if we get out of it o Monday, we can drop back in after Chelsea. People need to stop overreacting to individual results. As for Willo's stats, we haven't lost at Bournemouth since 1988 (which is just as relevant as the tosh he posts, i.e. not at all)

What IS relevant is more recent form, not referring back to the 80s.

Our current plight really distresses me and I have been through all the peaks and troughs since I supported the club since the 60s. Any my goodness there have been some troughs.

Clearly this will help, but I don't subscribe to the theory that the players will return and 'Hey Presto' everything will be rosy in the garden.

For starters, players might return at varying stages and they might take a game or two to fire on all cylinders with the games running out fast. And of course they could incur further injury.

In fact it could all be over before the WBA game.

So Willo what do you actually suggest?

I would suggest that the 'Contingency planning' should continue unabated. It really saddens me to type this.

Ok, we have lost only two of our last 6 away games, one of which was to Arsenal.

However since bournemouth got promoted all you do is bang on about how good they are

the dignified don't even enter in the game

With respect this is hogwash.
I don't 'Beat the drum' for Bournemouth on HOL.

I do. We are averaging a point a game so far and that’s with none from the first seven. Think we will get 3 or 4 wins and a couple/few draws

We will have to agree or disagree on this matter.

The target of a point a game is more realistic than blind forecasts, as the poster said we have been achieving that.

It would give us 37 points but could be short of what is required.
