Macca turned him inside out early in the game and showed better skill throughout.

A couple of excellent dives, one with a half-somersault.

I didn't say he was 10 times better, but there is no doubt Pogba is a far better player. Commitment only gets you so far, skill is what makes the better player.

Only when he can be bothered...if we'd paid 80m for a player to turn lacklustre performances in like that he'd be hounded out of the club...believing in his own hype at the moment and needs a reality check.

Macca is class when he plays like this, he’s just so inconsistent lately!

He started badly, but almost every period of pressure United had he was at the heart of it. Particularly the last 15 minutes or so of the first half he was giving us real problems with the way his movement. He kept popping up and we were really having to scramble to break things up.

Really? I think that he’s been the epitome of consistency.

Agreed. He's the last guy you could label as inconstant.

Luka did really well to the 89th minute. Then in the 90th minute, I felt he really bottled the Matic shot. In the position we are in, you need players to put their bodies FULLY on the line. He was right next to Matic, and moved out the way of the shot, why? If that was me, I would of thrown my body at that, and considering he was the captain, I expected the same. I felt he really let us down on that aspect to be honest.

At first I thought he should have gotten in front of it too, but the more I watched the replay, I think he feared he was too late to close him down and the last thing he wanted was to deflect it or give them one last corner from a deep shot. Knowing where they were at on the field, in the split second he had, I think he knew it would need to be a worldy to get in...sure enough it was

That or Serbian collusion...
