Mother can’t explain ghost hand

Looking at this holiday snap, it strikes me that the ghost hand should be the least of her worries. They look like they all qualify for extra appendages, and what is that lad doing with his hands? I blame Trump, Corbyn, and Brexit.

Photoshopped! If you look at the shoulder of the man, above where the hand is, you can see traces of someone's dark hair above and to the left of his shoulder/arm. There was someone sitting on the wall with their hand splayed who has been erased and/or the couple added in.

If you look at the water you can just about see the head of the Loch Ness Monster who was on his holidays that week.
It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses. |

I can’t explain how the girl in the colourful outfit (would, by the way) could be with either of the dorks next to her. Or maybe they are her brothers. Or maybe they are her brothers and they are a very close family...
