Would be an incredible signing. Him Cabaye and Luka in the middle is an exciting prospect.

As I said in above post Southgate will regret not taking Wilshire to Russia.

Wilshire is the kind of player we should be looking at.

1) He’s stayed fit since getting back into the Arsenal side.
2) Been MoM several times this season including against us- in fact he looked the best player on the pitch in both games this season.
3) He’s on a Bosman so it’s only wages - saves £15-20m.

Fit after the injuries? Never gonna have that pace again. Watched him this year and God, he's slow. Arsenal have been really destroyed down the center, with him, Ozil and Xhaka there. That's how you end up in 6th place even if you have world class players

Pretty much this, of course had a worldie against us at SP which everyone remembers. He didn;t make a significant impact in Bournemouth and in reality any team would be doing well to get more than 22/23 PL games out of him. Then again, we have a history of buying players with injury issues.

On his day he is great, depends how many out of 38 of those days he has .

Btw someone on the bbs said Wilshire all of a sudden has started following Wilf and Wickham on Twitter.

If there is truth in this Wilshire knowing Roy from his England days is a massive advantage for us.

YM as soon as one journo's bot makes up a bulls*** rumour about a player joining Palace another one comes along and prints exactly the same rumour about wet spam because the lazy shyster that programmed it thinks that if the one rumour is remotely plausible then the other must be as well.
