Wouldn’t mind seeing this lad start in a 4-2-3-1 formation on Sunday, thoughts?

Since match has no real significance ie WBA are relegated. I wonder if it is an opportunity to blood some youngsters and lets see what they can do. If the worst happens and they don't perform and we lose is that the greatest tragedy? Of course it would be nice to get a top 10 finish but it is so rare to get this sort of opportunity I would like to see 2 or 3 get a premiership debut.

Wan Bissaka should play with Ward off injured last week.

Would love to see speroni start and Delaney on the bench come on in 80th minute.

Both have been really good to the club and it's likely both of their last games.

It has a lot of significance in terms of the club's income for achieving a higher place so we should put out our strongest team.

Pre season is the time for looking at youngsters or squad members

Very much agreed.

The cash on offer for a higher finish would I believe effectively pay the wage bill of at least one of our higher earners. I’m getting a little leary about our wage bill if/when the new stand gets under way there will surely be a bit of a financial squeeze. If we could settle in or around tenth for the next couple of seasons then that takes a bit of pressure off the wage bill.

Start with the strongest team and if we are winning by a few goals then bring him on.

Agreed. A loss versus a win could easily be the difference between 3 or 4 places. That's two or three of our first team's wages paid for another year and improves our position in the financial fair play stakes.

Yes just checked there’s a difference of 8 million between 10th and 14th - our likely range of finishes. Definitely a case of the strongest team possible.
