There was an interesting post looking for our favourite moments of the season. For me RLC's goal v Leicester cos I started planning for another season. Worst? That reverse against Man U really, really annoyed me. I think it still does. Also the first Huddersfield game when I realised that what I'd suspected at the Metz game...that FdB might actually be clueless, was probably true.

Huddersfield at home followed with an even worse result against Swansea in the next home game. I couldn’t see us getting a point again. FdB just standing there during both games in a white shirt looking confused.

When our unbeaten run came to an end & we had 13 injured squad players - I really didn't know how we could ever recover in time to save ourselves.

Moan Utd s 3 goal in our 3-2 defeat, so pissed off, I woman i know who supports Man U then decided to send me a load of pics on f/b of Man U players celebrating, I was so angry. I deleted them, then defriended her and blocked her...........it gets you like that sometimes.

The darkest hour is just before the dawn, i.e. just before that f***ing useless muppet was booted out as we lost yet again to Burnley with players who shouldn't have been selected made ghastly errors and the team as a whole looked so toilet that one expected to break the record for lowest PL points total for the season. The following day of course that w***er went flying out of the door without so much as bouncing and we appointed a manager instead.

I found the Everton game hard to take.

When we went on a run of conceding at the death. Including Man U and Liverpool. Best part has been the end of the season.

The missed penalty at home to Bournemouth left me angry for a long time afterwards.
Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes) |

Probably the united game, they don't really seem to turn up against any of the other bottom 10 sides which is disgraceful, really hope they get their comeuppance one day.

No criticism meant of the guy, but Luka missing that penalty against Man. City. Okay holding City at home and preventing them scoring was a great achievement, but when we were just a kick away from victory and we failed to convert was galling.
