It's a p1ss take of gangsta rap from start to finish.

Anyone who can get "You donut" into a hit song gets a nod from me.

I find it surprising that so many folks of South London extraction have trouble deciphering many of the lyrics! (Although I have no idea what a Peng Girl is, unless it's something to do with Pingu.)

Well I think Simon's head is large; always involved in espionage. (Name that tune)

Peng Girl = fit bird.

To be honest the target demographic will understand it. Saying the parody isn’t effective as some posters have because they don’t get it misses the point.

In all fairness, not sure what most of it means myself. I presume he is parodying violent rap if he's a comedian. The parody is not particularly effective if no-one can understand it.

It was, and is, massively effective. I know plenty of people from young kids to the artists in the genre itself that all love it.

It even led a bit of cross-atlantic banter with Shaquille O'Neal and got him airtime on late night chat shows. It's been used as ringwalk music also.

Look up SWIL on YouTube and you'll see his comedy stuff, and it's all filmed in and around South London.

Optimistic as ever
