two years left on his contract at Liverpool, but won't be staying and we're tracking him acc to some reports, works very hard as well as having a cutting edge, wudnt be too pricy either, seems like one of the more plausible rumours going around

All depends on fitness.
Liverpool won't mind moving him he has hardly played for them in 3 years.
Still mid 20's would be particularly useful as inside forward if we play with wingbacks. Puts in a shift. Can't score from outside box though

wudnt be too pricy... this is Liverpool we are talking about don't forget. will be interesting to see how much he goes for but I think it's unlikely going to be to us as his wage demands will be too much

Not for me.

Don't know what English fans see in him. He's only had 1 decent season in the PL (that's less than Berahino), 11 goals scored in 3000 minutes played for Burnley in the 2014/15 season. It wasn't even that great a season, but I'll count it cause he was really young. And since then he was injured for 2 whole years!!
Good work rate? Sorry, haven't seen that. Maybe before the injury. But so did Berahino have good work rate. But where's the striker quality? You'd buy Danny Ings as a striker.

Like what?

If we hadn't signed Benteke we could possibly be in the Championship now

That's that then.... move on.

Liverpool have rinsed us enough over the last couple of years fleecing us for nearly 60 million pound for 2 average players we will only end up paying 10 million above the asking price again cuz hes a Liverpool player

I like him so the price is the key point.

If we have learnt anything from our 2 previous dealings with Liverpool they do not drop their price, we haggle get nowhere, waste time and eventually agree it.

So if we don't like the price I suggest we move on to another target

One more point

I read we saved 5 mil on Sakho by dragging it out. Pool wanted 30

Which when considering the club only made what double that in profit... seems like great business sense.

Agreed, not sure why people rate him.

Loan with buy option maybe to test his fitness and quality. But no way we should buy him straight off the bat.
