If Arsenal play like they did in the second-half last night then we'll lose regardless of how well we play. They were unstoppable. I do think Leicester gave them too much space in the second half, but even so there was really little they could have done. I think we're going to have to play narrow as the one thing they don't have is height (in terms of crosses into the box).

We are just going to have to make the middle of the park very compact and try and slow the game down. Once they went up a gear last night they were devastating. If we get any kind of result it will require a super human effort.

I would go with this and if it's still somehow 0-0 at 70/75 minutes bring Riedewald on for Townsend and try and cling on.

Wayne

AWB Tomkins Sakho PvA

Kouyate Luka

Townsend Meyer McArthur

Zaha

We have one more win than Swansea, and we never seem to get even a lucky result against the top 6 teams.

Other relegation teams seem to always get one upset victory over MU, Arsenal, Chelsea, or Tottenham.

Not us, and we're a total mess at the moment.

Palace 0 - 4 Arsenal

Dont recall anyone else taking a point against City last season. We should have won that too. Last season we beat Chelsea, season before that we beat Arsenal (and Liverpool).
So I'd say you were talking crap.

If we concede early I reckon 4 or even 5. We don't seem to have the stubborn defence that under Allardyce wouldn't buckle even if we go a goal down.
But if IF we manage to get to half time at 0 0 it could be a nail biting nerve jangling second half where Arsenal send wave after wave of attacks at us and we ride our luck, waste time, drag out physio visits to the pitch, keep putting it in row Z, etc to do all we can to keep the out. I would still expect us to go down 0 1 though. Probably in stoppage time

Didn't we already get spanked 4-0 in a behind closed doors friendly with Arse this season ?

So far this season we haven't conceded more than 2 in any game. If Arsenal are a bit tired after their Euro game we may have a chance but I'm going for 0-2. Sorry once again guys, love Palace but being realistic!

We will eventually score at home, but end up on the wrong end of a 1-3 defeat. Not sure what is going on, but we seem to switch off at key moments in every game.

That along with not being able to take our chances is costing us dear.
I’m sounding like a stuck record, I’m so pissed off with our so called over paid stars...

0-4 or 1-4, the most common score line against Arsenal.

Row z
Oh for a few row z'ds
Sackho thinks hes messi sometimes and wayne thinks hes de gea.
Old fashion defending would see us at least 4 points better off.
