This post has been merged from a topic called 'season ticket question' by bexleydave I understand that the box office will provide a paper ticket to me on a match day - at a cost of £3.00 - if I forget my season ticket. I have not done a test regarding any evidence of identity they may need.

I use Firefox and sometimes I have problems with certain sites who only seem geared to Microsoft edge. I suggest you try again with a different one in case that is the issue.
