Spurs have played 5 games in 13 days, so hopefully they should tire second half. If we can speed the game up we may have a chance. McArthur and Luka need to up their games.

They have some serious back up on the bench though and expect them to come on soon if they can't find a goal.

Ha! Yeah, I think I'm trying to be optimistic. Very organised in the first half, but we didn't exactly look threatening. Sorloth our only attacking option from the bench.

Personally I'd rather we try to get someone like Lookman or Hudson-Odoi, two extremely talented players who aren't getting a look-in at their current clubs.

Hardly goalscorers though....

I completely get your point under normal circumstances but add to that 2 of our most recent Managers are Pulis and Allardyce it really makes it more staggering.

We have literally been excellent at scoring from corners under 2 of our most recent Managers and that was largely the same 11 so it really must take some hard work to coach that out of them so quickly.

Except Puncheon/ Cabaye were largely taking them and the main scorer (Dann) isn’t fit. Also I wouldn’t call out forward line “tall”. Or if they do possess height then I’d use “static”.

Luka is many things, but good corner taker isn’t one of them.

Just under a goal every 2 games for Leipzig with Lookman. If we can fit him into our system like they did, he could do well.

Nothing going forward, corners are not threatening.

An organised defensive second half performance could get us a point here.

I think Kelly and Schlupp on maybe, before Spurs subs.

Could get a penalty who knows.

Otherwise why not try just blasting it from distance.
