Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

I'm not convinced though that is a winning policy however you advertise it. Starting a new knife crime unit to tackle the problem head on would be a better use of money. It's time he did something positive to stop this rather than pretending the issue doesn't exist, (which was pretty much his campaign response when questioned).
