Would love it to happen but don’t think it will materialise..

Firstly, I think Villa will go up in the playoffs so he will stay.

Secondly, if they don't go up, he will be off to Spurs.

Unless he thinks he’ll be a bench warmer at spurs and we or someone else wants him.

I think a starting position is more powerful to a 23 year old than what would probably be occasional starts at Spurs.

All will be revealed.

Next season's first game teamsheet will be fascinating.

If Zaha goes to Spurs you can 100% write off any chance of Grealish going there as well. I think he'd be a good addition for us although I'm a bit wary that his recent improvement has probably been down to him being named captain of his boyhood club, along with being worshipped there and he won't get that here.

It used to be frustrating, infuriating, demoralising, when the window closed after the 3rd league match.

Grealish to Villa, is what Wilf is to us.

Would be about as good a replacement as we could get, although unlikely. He’ll stay at Villa if they come up, if not, I would have thought he’d go to a top 6 team. Although, as someone else said, he would get game time at Palace which would be attractive.

If there is any truth to this rumour and it's a big "if" who is making the buying decisions at Palace as I can't see it being Roy at the moment

He's much better off staying at Villa if they go up (looking likely).

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.
