Everyone can see we need new players... Parish is no fool... He is an intelligent guy.. Just let's see what business is done by the end of January....then we can judge...

At least wait till the window closes, then you can jump off.

This club is making more money than ever we've had good players at this club in the last couple of seasons but all on loan, no wonder zaha wants to leave the directors are not matching the ambitions of the fans and the staff

Zaha on his day is very deserving of medals and that's what he really wants.

We put our boat out to sail away but sadly we hit rocks after just leaving port, not the fault of anyone really just unhappy luck with certain members of the squad who are difficult to throw overboard with no return.

The ticket prices went up this season, it's pretty embarrassing when a friend asks you to get them tickets for a game (because otherwise they'd have to buy a membership as well) and you tell them the prices. In a couple of cases, friends have said leave it when you tell them how much it is.

For most fans the ground experience is cramped and basic. Most 'new fans' coming as a one-off will have to experience the Arthur Wait, which must be one of the worst stands in the country for space to move around in.

The new Main Stand is just talk, year after year there is new excuse why it hasn't started yet. Almost any other club in the Premier League would have bought the bit of car park off Sainsburys by now and would be getting started on it, not whining about what Sainsburys are asking as an excuse (granted Spurs would have just burned the supermarket down)

Signings are the cheapest options, if not loans, just to stay up. No ambition to do anything more than the minimum.

Roy is working wonders, even so I don't like his comment 'We're Crystal Palace, we're not here to win the FA Cup' - at least keep the magic alive for us even if you don't believe we can give it a good go.

I can only hope the austerity all around the club is so that Parish can somehow pay the Americans to bugger off, so that we can have even a fraction more ambition in the transfer market.

I really believe that unless we get some decent signings in this and the Summer window, we will go down in 18 months time, with nothing to show for it apart from the undersoil heating and the fan zone (with no toilets!)

Lack of investment in the team, no ambition beyond simply trying to stay up, loanees and free transfers cobbled together, ageing and injury prone, no upgrade to the stadium. Will still travel away to support the team, but seriously thinking about giving up my season tickets next year - beginning to feel that the directors are taking the mick.

I feel you Gribbo, I for one think our club is now being managed for the sole purpose of avoiding relegation and most on here seem to be ok with it. What's wrong with being ambitious? The thought of boycotting my next season ticket has come to me a few times. That doesn't make me a 'fair weather supporter',Tom as I have been a season ticket holder for over 20years. Just want my club to be move forward,be ambitious and maybe do a 'Leicester' in my lifetime hopefully.

We have been in the mega bucks league for several seasons now.
Good returns on league positions. And TV. Not the best gates, but stable, and never far off full. Wealthy owners we are told. And yet the situation suggests no money, so no way of building a competitive squad for years to come.
So here we are, one decent manager between stuck in a rut, until relegation, and a return to real poverty ,of both quality in the team , and financial .
The fans are entitled to suspect the board would accept this fate, and the question is with the amount money passing through this club’s hands, why is that their attitude.?

Why oh why do we take so long, we are desperate for a fullback and forward at least. Our recruitment policy has some serious flaws IMO, we have made a few good ones lately but now RH needs help. I sincerely hope the club will be sold to an owner who wishes to invest, oh boy do we need it!!!!!

Yellow card?

Outside of the ‘big 6’ How many clubs have been more successful than Palace over the past 7 years?

I guess Burnley and Wolves getting into Europe and Leicester winning the title and challenging this year off the top of my head.

That's good - giving other clubs your money at a time where ( apparently ) there is none in ours !

I totally understand how you feel though.

But it's the players that wear the shirt that I go to give my backing to. And our manager. Not Parish, the owners, Bright, Freedman and all the other one's that are seemingly failing behind the scenes.
