He has just about 1-2 goals less against good opposition than Morelos does Morelos, who Rangers want 25 million for,has only scored against Porto (2 times) and Young Boys (2 times) as big teams. Rest came against average or poor defences. The point was to take this kid on a free transfer or a small sum. The investment would have been good. He is at a great level for 20 years. Now...of course sanctioning a 15 million move for him is not something easily decided. I'm not saying he's Aubameyang all of a sudden, maybe you understood wrong and are comparing him to the big guns in terms of goals.

With respect, I realise who he has scored against this season and I am not comparing him to any "Big guns" at all.

Yeah, when I made the thread he was finalizing his deal so there wasn't time to get him in those 2 days, but it was known that he will be entering his final months. He should have been approached longer ago. If a competent scouting director was at the club, this player would have been a Palace player today, either loaned out or in the first team, scoring in the PL at 20 years and bringing the club a large sum of miney from a sale.

We can see from there if I was right in backing the claims and how much you understood at the time you were arguing with me over players like Batshuayi or Benteke. I know you are ignoring that reply with all those quotes of yours. If I were you, I would pretend not to see that thread too, because this is really what you do now. Well if you can't get a Scouting Director job, if they ever revive 'Allo 'Allo, I think you're in with a chance ! Seriously though, if you believe you have something to offer in terms of identifying players, write to Dougie and ask his opinion on the likes of Campbell...get a dialogue going.
