I don't personally see not campaigning hurting him at all. He won't lose his base whatever happens but he will gain some from those who are tired of all his rhetoric and sympathise over his illness.

As I said, I wouldn't put it past him, or his campaign, as deviousness is their normal, but I am NOT insinuating anything at all because, like everyone else, I have no idea at all whether he is really sick. We may never know! So for the moment I will take it at face value and observe. Just the possibility that a POTUS might be thought capable of such tactics speaks volumes.

They cannot lead the world in a fight in which the whole world needs to be united. "State policy" manages local issues, which is Trump's own response as a climate change denier. I didn't think you were.

A hoax according to Trump, well he has been well and truly found out now, even unfortunately catching it himself. A democrat win will hopefully restore international co-operation and sanity.
