My Palace day:

6.30am - Leave home in Highworth, Wilts (just north of Swindon)

7am - Arrive in Witney, Oxfordshire to collect number 2 son.

9am - Arrive in Caterham on the Hill for son to have gym session with his uncle, a former fitness coach at Palace

11.30am - Arrive at Twickenham to drop son at corporate lunch prior to England match.

12.45 - Arrive at Selhurst and meet number 1 son to watch the match.

5pm - Leave Selhurst frustrated, angry or delighted.

6.15pm - Arrive 6.15pm at East Surrey Hospital to visit ill (former long-term ST holder) mother.

9.30/10pm - Arrive home in Highworth.
