Sainsbury’s charge £5.50 a kilo of chicken breast so 10 kg for £60 is not a massive rip off. Surely the guy buying the whole box is the person that should be questioned here

I would simply run away from a chicken breast which is much cheaper than £5.50 a kilo due to health concerns..He seem to get confused with wings, drumstick or a complete idiot.

They're either insanely selfish, know someone with a chronic bowel condition or buying for a care home. Who knows?! It's just not worth getting angry about it. It won't help anything other than increasing your blood pressure.

Watch some palace glory years highlights instead

No need for him to make it a religious issue. Plenty of places stayed open when they shouldn’t have done.

Every picture tells a story, but it may not be the story we think it is. It's very easy to get into a froth of self-righteous indignation when we see pictures like this. As a previous poster said, we don't actually know the story behind this. It could be a set-up, or as suggested someone from a care home, or perhaps some other public facility.

Last weekend various newspapers were showing photos of sunny seafront locations with what looked like swarms of people all in close proximity to one another. Now there might have been some people getting a bit too close to one another, but all might not be as it seems.

All of these photos were taken looking forward and with the use of a telephoto lens. This has a foreshortening effect which diminishes space and distance and makes everything and every person look as though they are on top of one another. But of course a more accurate and representative photo wouldn't have suited the media and their joy at getting folk into a high dudgeon ( I haven't used that word for a long time).

So being advised to stay at home or distancing didnt occur to anyone at the weekend.
2 m is the minimum.
There is no defence I'm afraid.
Even yesterday thickos were having parties.
It's a disease that transmits person to person.
Not hard to see that the weekend could add 1000s to the sick list.
This has miles to run and once they have sorted a figure for the self employed it will be game on.

Working security in the modern day's obsessively sensitive environment must be a nightmare.

Those who have written laws have provided an avenue for that behaviour.
