Especially the old guy carrying an American flag,in america. This is all about trump. I doubt many people gave back their 1200 dollars out of principle from their racist president.

If people find solace in the idea then fine.

To me it defies all logic, but I would be happy to be proved wrong, unless, of course, I find myself down below in the sulphurous atmosphere of hell, being pronged in the backside by Old Nick whilst suffering the agonies of eternal flame.

Yep, he was on the bbs for a while until they banned him....don't know why.

Then he went to Comrades for a while before they banned him there.

Jeez, he never learnt, considering he was a Teacher. Should've been a Politician instead

I should think he probably agrees.

What intrigues me is...if there IS an afterlife and we do indeed get to be once more with those we have loved, what form will it and they take?

Will we all be young again? How young? Will our parents, grandparents and great grandparents be correspondingly older than us; will they be in their prime or will they be the age and/or condition they were when they died? What about those people that we kinda carried on loving but we never actually saw for years. Will we suddenly see them all the time and will they be as they were when we last saw them? If we loved and lost and then loved another, will we end up being with both of them?

So many questions. I need a drink!

If there is something, I don't believe it'll be anything at all like it's usually presented. No clouds, or harps or angels, and no "people" in any corporeal sense. It'll be an eternity as part of some "greater whole", where you don't interact - or need to interact - but you feel the constant presence and warmth of love and joy. It's not so much that your mum or wife or kids will be there (how could your kids be there if you die before them?) but it's the feeling of love and warmth you have for them that you're surrounded by forever.

And if there is a hell, then it's the same, but instead of warmth and joy, it's isolation, and that constant heart-wrenching pain of loss.

"I WILL see you again...but not yet" I guess. (A quote from 'Gladiator' BTW).

Wow that's powerful laszlo. I do actually beleive it's more like yt says with a never aging (from whence they died) everyone you meet again. There are some reports of people who have 'died' and been brought back by quacks etc seeing there own body as they leave it. A bit like in ghost and travelling towards a tunnel but within them there was no panic or stress. Maybe it's all bullcrap but who's ever going to know.
