I know I'm bloody hopeless with technology, but even I expected to be able to apply for a refund. But I find I can't, so could a kind and tolerant person put me right?

I've got as far as "Season Ticket Refund Options" and the instruction to "Please login and click 'Select' below". Unfortunately clicking 'Login' in the box in the bottom right-hand corner produces zilch. Where am I going wrong?

I can get a refund for myself but can’t work out how to get one for my sons which I paid for and who is linked to my account. Do I have to log into his account? As I can renew both on my account can’t see why I can’t get a refund... help please

Just as you were posting, I finally worked out how to apply for my refund.

On your question, if a number of tickets are linked to one account it seems they are all dealt with as one account. When asked for a season ticket reference number on the system, there's only space for one number, and I used my own (and not my partner's). The email acknowledgement I've received shows the amount due in respect of both my tickets. But my partner doesn't have a separate account. Do your sons? Anyway, hope that helps.

Trust the club to make life difficult.Take a deep breath

This is the way I see it. On friends and family I have me [senior] son and friend [adults] in lower tier of Holmsdale.

When I applied I will get back £135 which by my calculation means the 3 tickets cost in total £641 Divide that by 19 and multiply by 4 =£134.94.[Rounded to £135! why?]

It seems that all that money will go to my bank account as they asked for details NOT to the credit card I originally paid for my son and me [not his friend].

So I have to remember how much each individual ticket was and then refund my sons friend pro rata who paid on a different card.

Added to which we all moved from block E got gold membership which all seems to be forgotton by the club who are not giving me the last 4 virtual programmes on offer.

If you understand all that your a better man than me!!!! MADNESS

Ask if the box office see it like that!

Many thanks. I called the Box Office and they confirmed, although I only entered for 4, it automatically refunds for 8. It is straight forward but not sure the email was worded particularly well.

Blimey, this gets worse. I've fleetingly received an email from the Box Office. I say "fleetingly" because as I was starting to read it, it disappeared from my screen. From the few words I read I think it was saying that a refund has to be applied for in respect of each card separately. Not for the first - or no doubt last - time the words about arranging things in a brewery come to mind.

All worked OK for me earlier this pm. Each stage of the refund procedure went through and I am now waiting for four sections of my remaining games to appear in my bank account. Make sure you log on first to official CPFC page and it should be OK! Mine was very simple single transaction and it does seem a very complicated way of doing all this. But?....

Went for a refund instead of credit for next season as am only getting £50 back plus I don't know when next season will restart so might as well use the money on something else.

Either the people who designed this system are completely useless or they are making it deliberately making it difficult to get a refund !
If you can’t submit your application today then you have to phone tomorrow onwards which no doubt will incur premium rates. This really is a joke !!
