Lewis and possibly Pukki. Cantwell aka the Dereham Deco needs a lot more experience but in time could come good. They didn't spend much on promotion they have a fairly steady level of season tickets that account for most of the seats and are (unlike us) on a sound financial footing) I suspect they don't need to sell and will bounce back

He was at Luton as a youngster and gave up football to concentrate on athletics - he was a cross-country runner who represented England in his age group.

WBA were relegated in 17/18 and we got Sako half way through 18/19 (can't remember if free transfer or agent). Sunderland were relegated in 16/17 after we signed PVA half way through the season. In 13/14 Norwich, Fulham and Cardiff - We got Hangeland who had left Fulham and purchased Campbell from Cardiff Wigan were relegated in 12/13 and we got Jimmy Mac after 1 championship season. The previously named 3 defensive players (right back, center back and left back) are sought because of their youth. Pukki is too old by now to provide any re-sale value and they would still ask a lot of money for him. Not realy a Premier League amazing player either. Cantwell is originally a defensive midfielder who got a good run as a side midfielder, but they would ask too much for him. The one who seems the best is Buendia, wonderful winger. As a cheap one, I'd suggest Mario Vrancic, a really good playmaker or central midfielder. They don't seem to value him as much as I do and wouldn't ask for much money.

Buendia is certainly a “Roy” type of player, works hard but can also pick a pass. Good dead ball taker as well

You mentioned "Resale value" in respect of Pukki but Vrancic is 31 years old and older than Pukki. He does however bring creativity and good passing ability, a technical player with a wonderful left-foot.He also has the ability to score from free kicks over a wall. From what I’ve seen of Norwich they have a lot of nice talented players but lack consistency and are a bit flaky.

The glut of games on tv has meant I've seen more of Norwich recently than I otherwise would have. Aarons looks decent enough but overpriced in common with most young talent in this country. It's been a tough season and it's showing. Lewis certainly has potential but could be priced out of a move and Norwich are not under any financial pressure to sell. Cantwell....not sure about him. May benefit from playing with a better calibre of teammates. Buendia I do like and of the four, if the price is right, I'd go for him.

He hails from Dereham and has been referred to as the "Dereham Deco" !
