Does this mean there is going to be some change to our system next year, as I can't see our current tactics reflecting anything he's said.

I can only see us playing 4-2-3-1 to marry up with what he was saying.

Agree. Can’t be playing 3 defensive midfielders at home against the lower teams or we will never score many goals. That’s why we have a decent defensive record, playing with 8 defenders.
Need to shake it up a bit, depending on who we are playing.

Subject to further additions to the squad and keeping Wilf, I would like to see a 4-2-3-1 formation with Eze in the middle of the 3 with licence to roam, flanked by Wilf and Andros with JA up top. Eze is definitely capable of being the playmaker we desperately need.

But it gives me a license to be free, which is good."
