It seems to be the mouthpiece of someone called "Phil Godlewski", who is a Qanon conspiracy theorist and has spent time in jail this year for the corruption of a minor, pleading guilty to avoid the original charge of underage sex. Whilst all the time spreading the usual Qanon nonsense about Clinton and the Democrats.
