We haven’t beaten Leeds for years, 8 defeats and 2 draws in the previous 10 games. If the game does go ahead I think we will lose 1-0. I would love to see us string 3 wins together, but I can’t see it tonight.

Monday night at Leeds, in the snow without Wilfred, the writing is on the wall unfortunately....

Hat or no hat on the head of our boss, I want to see JP Mateta start this game. If not postponed...

Gary, we beat them 4-1 in November, although I share your pessimism about the probable result this evening. Currently praying for a very heavy snowfall!

Surely,we have nothing to lose by unleashing Mateta from the start to give them something to think about.

The sensible answer to your very reasonable question is yes. But it will massively surprise me if he is in the starting 11.

If he is not included, the question comes to mind, why on earth did we say sign him on loan, now are without Wilf for a few games??

He has been known to (see the table according to his predictions). However, we tend to lose when he predicts a win for us, so we have a chance tonight as we did against Newcastle (because he thought they would beat us).

The 10 games where we haven’t beaten them is at Elland road. The recent 4-1 at Selhurst, we had a couple of fortunate breaks that went our way. One being the Bamford goal that was ruled out for offside and the second being the wicked deflection from the touch line cross which deceived their goalkeeper.

I thought 4-1 was a bit harsh on them, but you couldn’t argue with the Eze free kick which was sublime. He’s our Maserati and I hope he is in top gear as we are needing him more and more to turn it on.

Go Eze, rip that Leeds defence a second one...

This tit still thinks we play on the break.
