34 points, no way are we going to get relegated even with an improving Fulham. Newcastle are the team that should be worried. They have now lost saint-maximin and Almirante till April. Last game away at Fulham, could be winner takes all

I’m not worried in the slightest. Wolves lost at Manchester City on Tuesday and the commentary after stated that they are bang in the middle of the table, 11 points from the Champions League spots and 11 points from relegation, well we are on exactly the same as them. I’m so confident that I want Fulham to beat Spurs tonight, if Brighton were to go down it would be hilarious!!

We have only lost two in the last seven .That with a heavy injury list.
Why would we get relegated.?
Because there is a fair degree of negativity regards our attacking flair, and entertainment value. Many seem to think relegation goes hand in glove. If Palace, prove anything, it’s proving that is wrong.

In terms of relegation, having considered our remaining fixtures I have concluded we will not attain too many points from them.
These games include encounters against Man Utd,Tottenham,Everton,Chelsea,Leicester,Man C, Arsenal and Liverpool.

We could easily have a situation like the end of last season when we only collected a solitary point from 8 games.I appreciate this run came after we had collected 42 points so basically safe, however with our injury situation and perhaps more joining that list, we could well experience a similar run.

Who knows what we will get. I didn't expect us to take 4 points off Utd this season but we have.

It’s amazing how there is a far more positive take, by commentators on teams that are no better off than us. Even regarding sides recently beaten by us.
I find most commentators on any Palace , game spend most of the game , relaying negatives from Palaces past and present.
Fulham, deserve to get out of relegation, it took a while, but they have really sorted themselves out, and if a Fulham supporter is being really hopeful, they should be.
I think Newcastle fans must be bricking it.

Both Fulham and Newcastle have won 2 of their last 6 games so there hasn't been a significant differential between their forms over this period.

Newcastle of course have injuries to key players IE Wilson,Almiron and Saint-Maximim.
Last game of the season Newcastle v Fulham!

The difference might be contained in Newcastle’s injury list, to a fair degree, on the other hand another plus for Fulham, is they have stopped getting beaten to often, and are actually beating some decent opposition.
That last day game could become an edge of seats moment. But just to spoil that notion. Fulham ,are going well enough to have removed the pressure that would be in that fixture.
It always amazes me Newcastle, can not break this constant flirting with relegation, yet little old Palace, should have it all sorted and dusted by now. Not your view of course.

Whilst still mathematically possible, another handful of scintillating no more than to be expected 0-0 results should see us safe for another season. Hopefully one which will see a few changes in personnel, and a structured change in playing style.

While it is never over if there is 'mathematical possibility' I don't see Fulham making up 11 points on us.

To get 1 point a game is a big ask, it is not impossible of course.

You do all these calculations, then get out on the pitch and it is a very different matter.

Fulham or Newcastle? Fulham are the better team imo but its all about pressure.

Perhaps it can be put this way..

Which of us would put a significant amount of money on Palace going down?

Certainly not me.

As long as we pick up 6 more points we won't have to worry about whose behind us. I never like relying on other team's results. All too often that game which you think one of your rivals is bound to lose against tough top 6 opposition confounds us with a shock outcome.
